2024-2025 Teams

Districts:
Finished third. The girls have had a lot of success this year and have won a lot of games. They have the potential to make real noise at Regionals and Nationals. It will be fun to see what happens.
Regionals:
Played in the Championship game in a rematch. They came up just short, and finished second. The girls are fun to watch and are well positioned for a real shot at Nationals.

Districts:
Played in the championship game and pushed it to overtime! They came up short, but should hold their head up high because they accomplished a lot and I believe this will put a fire in them to do great things going forward. They started as an eight seed and played in the hardest side of the bracket.
Regionals:
Went 2 and 2. Will compete D1 at Nationals. This is the core of the team that won a National Championship three years ago. Every game is close, but we are very encouraged by the last game as they blew out the District Champions. They have turned a corner.

Districts:
JV Girls is a young team and were missing key pieces. They have had a lot of success this year, and play hard. Coach Paul and Kymora do a great job and it is fun to watch the girls support one another.
Regionals:
Went 2 and 2. Will compete D1 at Nationals. They are fun to watch and they give their all for one another. They are primed for a run in D1.

Districts:
Had a great win Friday and ended up finishing fourth overall. The ability is there to make noise in the upcoming tournaments, and it will be determined by the players learning to win for one another. They have a great opportunity to see that happen if they apply the lessons to be learned from Districts.
Regionals:
Went 1 and 3 and lost a couple of real close heartbreakers. They will compete D1 at Nationals and show glimpses of greatness. It is fun to watch this young team compete and see their maturation over the season.

Districts:
Was down two key players due to injury, but never gave up. They played hard in every game, but what was most impressive to see was the leadership starting to show in some of the players. The last game they played could have gotten out of hand, but the players stuck together and continued to fight and the game came down to the last seconds. They can build on that as they get healthy!
Regionals:
Went 2 and 2 and lost in the D2 championship game. Due to their finish they will have the opportunity to compete in D1. The next two weeks will be crucial and there is an opportunity for a leader to step in and push this group to exceed expectations.

Districts:
Played in the championship finishing third for the tournament. There has been a tremendous amount of growth in skills and leadership on this team.
Quick story, the night after Districts, the team had a game at the Fieldhouse. Coach had an emergency and was unable to be there, parents were willing to step in, but an injured player who plays on the team was there for support said he would coach and did a great job. The players rallied around him and they listened to him as they won the game! That was awesome!!!
Regionals:
Went 3 and 1 and lost in the D3 championship game. This group has come a long way. They never give up. A lot of raw potential and natural leaders on this team.

Districts:
Played in the championship game and lost in the end by three points, finishing second. The team was down four players for the tournament due to injuries and illness. The boys pulled together and showed real courage, leadership, and commitment to one another.
Regionals:
Went 1 and 3 and will compete D1 at Nationals. All the games were close and they lost the heartbreaker of the weekend. We were very proud of how the players handled it and how they showed maturity. They should compete well at nationals.

Districts:
Finished third, and have come a long way. We have seen a lot of growth out of that team and there is a lot to be proud of and if they stay committed over the next six weeks, they will be happy with where they finish.
Regionals:
Went 2 and 2. They are a bunch of hard workers. They have come a long way this year and developed a lot.

Districts:
Did really well and are having fun playing together. They did get a good win at the Fieldhouse the day after Districts. It is exciting to see the girls program growing and Coach Kymora is doing a great job with the girls.
Regionals:
The girls play hard together and have fun. That is the focus at this age.

Districts:
Came in second at districts. They played in round robin and are a 'young' group this year. It is fun to watch them having fun together and they appear to support each other and learn to work as a team.
Regionals:
Mostly a young team who plays hard together. They are fun to watch and show care for one another.
