2025-2026 Teams

Districts:
WON DISTRICTS! Congratulations! The girls have had a lot of success this year and have won a lot of games. They have the potential to make real noise at Regionals and Nationals. It will be fun to see what happens.
Regionals:
REGIONAL CHAMPIONS! The girls are fun to watch are well positioned for a real shot at Nationals.
Nationals:
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! **First time ever for HSAA girls!** Our High School girls teams are setting the standard. Strong team that dominated all year. We are sending many seniors out, but this team has set the standard for all future teams!

Districts:
Came up short in their first game, but won their final two finishing fifth. This team can be pretty amazing at times!
Regionals:
Played in the Championship Game and had the lead for most of the championship game. With a few adjustments they have a real shot at the National Championship.
Nationals:
NATIONAL Silver Ball Champions. The boys lost one game on a last second shot. Heartbreaker, but they showed back up and finished the right way going 4 and 1 and finishing in the top five of the country. **HSAA Boys18U is one of only two teams in the country to make the sweet 16 five of the last six years; a great legacy!**

Districts:
Finished second overall. This is a great showing! They have a lot to build on and should be primed and ready to go at Regionals.
Regionals:
Went 3 and 1 finishing third overall. They lost a heartbreaker in the semifinal game, but closed the deal in the third place game. This team is learning to finish and should be in the running at Nationals.
Nationals:
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! A really young team who accomplished and grew a ton this year. You could see the momentum building all year and the girls put it all together at the right time.

Districts:
Finished 6th overall. Fun team to watch; when their shots are falling, they can be dangerous.
Regionals:
Finished fifth. Had a real shot, but lost a game in the last minute. Went three and one. They live and die by the three; throw in some D, and they have a shot at Nationals.
Nationals:
D3 Gold Ball winners; finishing second overall. We had two strong JV teams this year. Both teams should be proud of what was accomplished on the court. It is fun watching both teams interact on and off the court; they seem to have a real brotherhood.

Districts:
Played in D1 finishing 8th. We have two teams on 16U this year; this group is scrappy and plays hard for Coach Woods. There has been a lot of growth. Should make noise at Regionals.
Regionals:
Won their Division. Division Champions! It was not close; a great group of boys who play hard and are a joy to watch.
Nationals:
D3 Silver Runner up; finishing fourth overall. We had two strong JV teams this year. Both teams should be proud of what was accomplished on the court. It is fun watching both teams interact on and off the court; they seem to have a real brotherhood.

Districts:
Were down two key players due to injury, but never gave up. They played hard in every game and what was most the impressive was the leadership starting to show in some of the players. They finished fourth overall. They can build on that as they get healthy!
Regionals:
Went 2 and 2. Due to their finish, they will have the opportunity to compete in D1. The next two weeks will be crucial and there is an opportunity for a leader to step in and push this group to exceed expectations. They are finally healthy, for the most part and we love watching them play defense. This group has come a long way.
Nationals:
D2 Bronze 2nd. The boys fought through adversity and pulled together for a good showing. Very proud of the character and commitment from the boys who stay committed. They never quit fighting even through injuries and adversity.

Districts:
There has been a tremendous amount of growth in skills and leadership on this team. We ran one division at the tournament and our Red team finished sixth. Not bad, and this team plays hard for one another.
Regionals:
Went 3 and 1 and lost in the D3 championship game. This group has come a long way. They never give up. A lot of raw potential and natural leaders on this team.
Nationals:
D3 Silver Champions. The boys have a lot to be proud of. Many on the team grew a lot over this year. Everyone took full advantage of their opportunities.

Districts:
Finished second. This will show them what they can work on as they prepare for Regionals.
Regionals:
Went 3 and 1. Played hard! They should do well at Nationals.
Nationals:
Finished near the top of D1. This is a fun group to watch. A very thrilling game during the week—Our girls hung tough and won the game in the midst of what was one of the most fun atmospheres witnessed. Great year for our girls.

Districts:
Played in the championship game and lost; finishing second. The boys pulled together and showed real courage, leadership, and commitment to one another.
Regionals:
REGIONAL CHAMPIONS! The championship game was a thriller and they were able to pull it off! They are well positioned at Nationals!
Nationals:
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!! The boys were fun to watch all year. The team came in with high expectations and did not disappoint. It was a great accomplishment!

Districts:
Finished second in the consolation bracket, and have come a long way. We have seen a lot of growth out of this team and there is a lot to be proud of and if they stay committed, they will be happy with where they finish.
Regionals:
Played in the Championship game, but came up just short. The boys have learned a lot this year and have done really well.
Nationals:
D1 Bronze Ball runner up. This team came a long way and finished in the D1 bracket and competed! We had two teams at this age group in D1; the future is bright and we are very proud of how they finished the season.

Districts:
Did really well and are having fun playing together. The girls played up into 12U and fought hard. It is exciting to see the girls program growing and the coaches are doing a great job with the girls.
Regionals:
They went 3 and 1. The girls play hard together and have fun. That is the focus at this age.
Nationals:
Undefeated at Nationals! Fun group of girls who played hard for one another and have developed a lot over the season. We barely had enough players to start the season, but the girls accomplished a lot and it will be fun to watch their journey going forward.

Districts:
Came in second at Districts. They played in Round Robin and are a 'young' group this year. It is fun to watch them having fun together and they appear to support each other and learn to work as a team.
Regionals:
Went 3 and 1. They are fun to watch as they figure the game of basketball out.
Nationals:
D1 WON A Gold Ball!- Finishing Second in the nation! They exceeded expectations! Several kids move up, but there is a strong core to continue what has become a tradition and a springboard to great careers.

UPDATE! The Fall portion of the 2025/26 Season is canceled. Check in here for updates for the Spring
Sept 16, 2025 - Due to several factors, we've decided to not participate in any high school golf tournaments for the Fall of 2025. We will re-evaluate in December to determine if there will be a Spring team or not.
Our biggest issue is players on the boys side, we only had 3 register and volunteers for coaching and treasurer on the girls side.
Registration will continue to be open, so if you are interested in the Spring, please register. Please note that there are several other teams in the metroplex, including:
Red River Rattlers - NE portion of Dallas Metro
THESA - Fort Worth
Wildfire - Kaufman
I think there's a team forming in Waxahachie as well.

24-25 Team Captains

As is the tradition at HSAA, the graduating captains are asked to make one last contribution to the legacy of our program by choosing the next generation of on-field leaders to wear our arm band.
This season, three new captains will take to the field to help defend our national title and continue our high level of play and character.
Please join us in welcoming Bella Cox, Eisley Schweers and Rachel Lehmann to our leadership team. They have big shoes to fill but these young women are up for the task!

2025 NCA Cheer Camp Week
HSAA Middle School and High School Cheer had the blessing of being able to attend two National Cheerleader Assoc (NCA) Camps this Summer.
We attended the traditional NCA camp at Frisco Embassy. In addition to our full camp experience we also got to cheer at the Frisco Rough Riders game on the 3rd night of camp. We made so many new friends. We pushed ourselves even through exhaustion to progress in all the areas of cheerleading. And most importantly, we bonded as a sweet team & sisters in Christ.
We also came home with some prestigious awards:
*Middle School & High School Received Superior and Excellent Ribbons on Camp Material
*Middle School & High School Received the Technical Excellence Award
*Middle School & High School Received the Stunt Safe Award
*Middle School & High School Received the Squad Credentialing Award recognized by USA Cheer, National Fed of High School Sports, and Varsity University.

We also attended a one day Clinic NCA Camp at our home gym. We had the best time getting one on one support with our sweet NCA staffers (who were super sad to only have one day with our sweet teams!)
