CANCELLATION POLICY
Please know that we are moving forward with full expectation and hope that the Dallas Angels Classic will take place this year. As such, we are putting deposits and paying tournament fees required to make the tournament happen.
Therefore, this cancellation policy would only take effect in the event that there is a local, state, or federal mandate that would prohibit this event from occurring.
Should such a mandate be forced upon us more than a week before the event date, HSAA will attempt to get back as much money as we can to then distribute back to the teams – but there is no guarantee of any refund. Entry fees will have a 50% refund. If such a mandate is forced upon us within 24 hours of the event date, no refund will be given.
EVENT T-SHIRTS
Once event t-shirts have been ordered, no refunds will be given.
